This Commercial Builder has a strong history of constructing complex, and technical Institutional projects from $5m to $50m.

Role:
Employed as the Project Manager, you will manage Commercial projects for 2026 in the Gippsland area.
These projects are Commercial New Builds ranging from $10-$30m and are very technical in their nature.

Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for managing the whole construction process of a Commercial Builds.

• Project planning & programming, consultation in pre construction phase
• Client management - regular touch points with building managers, subcontractors and other project stakeholders
• Budget management and being responsible for financial reporting and identifying profit improvements
• Ensuring project is delivered to specification and meets all HSE standards
• Leading and mentoring your project team

• A construction related degree
• Demonstrative experience as a Project Manager, constructing new builds projects in Australia
• Ideally project experience greater than $30m
• Strong work ethic and a willing attitude to manage and lead project teams
• Tier 2 or 3 Commercial Builder experience
• Unlimited working rights in Australia
